Western Nevada College Foundation seeks a temporary administrative assistant to support the ROADS program and scholarship operations in Carson City. You will coordinate scholarship administration, applicant/recipient communications, and database management, working closely with Financial Aid.

Provides temporary support for the Western Nevada College Foundation and ROADS program. Coordinates scholarship administration, applicant and recipient communications, database management, and collaboration with Financial Aid. Assists with fundraising activities, donor stewardship, sponsorships, community outreach, and event coordination. Maintains donor and program records, prepares reports and correspondence, updates marketing content, and supports Foundation Board meetings. Provides administrative support for ROADS program operations and participant communications. Exercises independent judgment in prioritizing work, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate donor, scholarship, and program records while representing the Foundation and College professionally with donors, students, volunteers, and community partners.
