Job summary

Sarku Japan seeks a Manager, Development Strategy & Operations to translate data into actionable insights and drive cross-functional initiatives. You will support planning, governance, and executive communication across Real Estate, Construction, Design, Franchise Development, and International Development.

Lead strategic projects, develop Board-level materials, monitor KPIs, and improve processes and systems within Global Development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Real Estate, Strategy, or related field.
4–7 years in corporate strategy, analytics, development operations, FP&A, PMO, or real estate strategy.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create executive-level presentations.
Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and judgment.

Responsibilities

Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and scorecards for development priorities.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities; translate into actionable recommendations.
Support planning, forecasting, capital planning, and long-range development initiatives.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects from scoping to implementation.
Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, and material preparation for leadership.
Improve processes, governance, templates, and knowledge management across Development.
