Job summary

University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking an Associate Director of Development Strategy and Analytics to transform fundraising data into actionable insights. You will lead analytics, reporting, and performance measurement for Wisconsin Athletics’ development efforts under Senior Director guidance.

The role partners with leadership to strengthen donor engagement and optimize revenue generation while ensuring adherence to academic staff policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, fundraising operations, advancement services, strategic planning, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel skills and exceptional communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data and trends, compiles progress reports, and provides recommendations to support unit objectives.
• Schedules logistics and secures resources for the unit’s day-to-day success.
• Implements policies and procedures to align with strategies and objectives.
• Serves on committees and represents the unit’s interests in meetings.
• Advises staff on administrative issues, personnel matters, and budgetary concerns.
