The Development Site Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities in mission-critical data center projects. This role coordinates subcontractors and vendors, monitors job progress, and ensures that all work meets MCIS quality, safety, and schedule requirements. The Superintendent conducts regular site inspections, enforces safety protocols, and resolves field issues in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and client representatives. The role includes reviewing drawings and specifications, maintaining detailed site documentation, and supporting client turnover activities and punch list completion. The Superintendent will also contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes, helping deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.
