• Plan, execute, and interpret lab and pilot-scale experiments.
• Author and maintain GMP documentation (SOPs, BPRs, validation) and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-step syntheses from laboratory to commercialization.
• Perform development, optimization, and scale-up of processes under cGMP.
• Transfer technology and support validation and continuous improvement.
• Communicate results clearly to teams and leadership.
• Manage multiple development projects with timelines and cost targets.
