Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Planning, Public Administration, Engineering, or other closely related field.
• Five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) to Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in land development coordination, planning, permitting, or zoning administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the County’s Coordinated Departmental Review processes with advanced administrative coordination.
• Routinely handle a high volume of time‑sensitive requests with accuracy.
• Track permit and plan review status and ensure documentation throughout approvals.
