Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent and 2–4 years of related experience. The role includes handling submittals, invoices, dashboards, agendas, and ongoing project coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent to two years of college education.
• Two years to four years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Staff Review Team submittals and coordinate reviews.
• Prepare project schedules and procedures.
• Process office purchases and invoices.
• Review project invoices and change orders.
• Review submittals for completeness.
• Enter projects into the Project Management Dashboard and related software.
• Prepare and distribute agendas and minutes.
• Maintain the Development Project Dashboard and website.
• Perform related work as assigned.

Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent (two years of college)
