Job summary

Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund in Norton, MA is seeking a Development Project Coordinator to support the Director of Development & Donor Relations. You will help manage donor relations, coordinate timelines, and assist with fundraising campaigns and events.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in nonprofit development, strong organization and communication skills, and comfort working in a small, mission-driven team. Flexible hybrid schedule with some travel.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity working in a CRM or donor database.
  • Clear, warm communication style both in person and in writing.
  • Comfortable working in a small, mission-driven organization where everyone wears multiple hats.
  • Genuine interest in building a career in development and donor relations.
  • A car and a valid Massachusetts driver's license are required for travel as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline donor action management and acknowledgment processes.
  • Support fundraising campaigns and events with reports, lists, and data fields.
  • Assist in drafting donor communications and stewardship correspondence.
  • Support the Development department and Committee, including meeting prep and donor bios.
  • Help plan and execute donor events.
  • Assist with foundation correspondence.
  • Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects organized.
  • Serve as a point of contact for donor inquiries as needed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

About the Role
The Development Project Coordinator is an organized, detail-oriented team member who keeps the engine of The Fund's fundraising operation running. Supporting the Director, Development & Donor Relations, this person manages the behind-the-scenes work that makes donor relationships possible.

What You'll Do

  • Streamline donor action management and acknowledgment processes
  • Use and edit reports, segmented lists, and other data fields to support fundraising campaigns and events
  • Assist in drafting donor communications, appeals, and stewardship correspondence
  • Support the Development department and Committee in any way, including meeting prep and donor bio summaries
  • Help with the planning and execution of donor events
  • Assist with foundation correspondence
  • Support project coordination by tracking timelines, tasks, and deliverables, helping ensure projects stay organized and move forward smoothly
  • Serve as a point of contact for donor inquiries as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required

  • Hiring Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 based on candidate
