What We Need: We are looking for individuals to join our Product Development Engineering Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in January 2027 or June 2027.

Our HNI Development Program is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various marketing functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross‑functional team projects. The program is designed to jump start your career.

What You Have:

• Prospective candidates are required to hold a Four-year degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology prior to their start date.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA
• High academic achievement in their education pursuits
• Engineering internship/work experience is highly preferred
