HNI Workplace Furnishings, LLC is launching a one-year rotational Product Development Engineering Program in Muscatine, IA, with start dates in January 2027 or June 2027. New hires will gain exposure to multiple marketing functions and leadership with a structured onboarding plan.

Ideal candidates hold a four-year engineering or industrial technology degree, a minimum 2.8 GPA, and preferably engineering internship/work experience.

What We Need:

We are looking for individuals to join our Product Development Engineering Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in January 2027 or June 2027.

OurHNI Development Programis a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various marketing functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects. What You Have:
