Job summary

Give Kids The World Village in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Development Operations Specialist to serve as the central coordination point for the Development Department, ensuring fundraising projects move smoothly from concept to completion.

You will oversee workflow, track deadlines, and facilitate collaboration across Development, Marketing, Finance and other teams, while supporting leadership and donor stewardship with accurate reporting and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 6+ years of combined education/experience.
• 3+ years of project management, nonprofit administration, executive support, or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Development projects and requests as the central hub.
• Manage department workflow, calendars, deadlines, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead weekly status meetings and maintain action item lists.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for leadership.
• Assist with budgets, contracts, and purchasing requests.
