Arete Scholars Fund, Inc. is seeking a Development Operations Manager to ensure precise tracking of tax credits and donations, maintain donor data integrity, and produce timely reports for leadership and the Board. This role also provides analytics support across programs and ties donor data to program impact.
The position is full-time and remote, with responsibilities spanning data entry, dashboards, and communications to support fundraising strategy and program evaluation.
Arete Scholars is a mission-driven nonprofit organization grounded in a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves access to a high-quality education and the opportunity to reach their full potential. Through donor-funded K–12 scholarships and innovative partnerships, Arete expands educational opportunity for low-income families, strengthens school communities, and helps students pursue brighter futures marked by academic success, character formation, and long-term mobility. With a track record of reaching tens of thousands of students and deploying over $100M in scholarships, Arete is positioned to evolve from a scholarship provider into a comprehensive platform for student success and family empowerment.
The Development Operations Manager is responsible for the accurate entry, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of all tax credit and charitable donations, while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of Arete’s donor database and CRM. This role is central to the Development team’s ability to effectively steward donors, meet reporting requirements, provide leadership and the Board with reliable information, and support fundraising strategy through clean data and timely, meaningful reporting.
In addition to supporting Development, this position provides data and analytics support across Arete’s programs. The Manager analyzes scholarship, student, and program data to help measure program effectiveness, demonstrate impact, identify trends, and inform organizational decision-making. By connecting donor, scholarship, and program data, this role helps Arete better understand and communicate both the financial and measurable impact of its work.
This is a full-time, remote position but candidates must reside in Georgia or Louisiana.
