Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in nonprofit operations, fundraising/development, or arts administration.
• Proficiency with CRM/donor databases (e.g., Salesforce), financial software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Exceptional written communication with ability to tailor narratives for diverse audiences.
• High accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and logistics tracking.

Responsibilities

• Grant writing & management: identify, write, submit proposals; track cycles and reporting.
• Donor & membership stewardship: oversee giving campaigns, renewals, major donors.
• Corporate sponsorships: support outreach, pitch creation, and fulfillment.
• Database administration: maintain donor CRM, generate financial reports.
• Office & systems management: oversee workflows, supplies, IT infrastructure.
• Event logistics: manage vendor contracts, artist registration, site logistics.
• Chapter & member liaison: support regional chapters and memberships.
• Financial ops support: assist accounts payable/receivable and budget reconciliation.
