Job summary

Friends of the Children Austin is seeking a Development Manager to provide strategic oversight of development operations, systems, and donor data management. You will oversee gift processing, CRM administration, fundraising reporting, grant administration, donor acknowledgments, pledge tracking, and support events, while collaborating with Finance and leadership to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Based in Austin, TX, you’ll work four days per week in-office with some remote flexibility,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of nonprofit fundraising operations experience.
• Experience with gift processing and donor database administration.
• Experience serving as a CRM administrator and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities with independence.

• Manage donor acknowledgments and pledge tracking.
• Lead CRM administration and donor data reporting.
• Coordinate grant management and donor communications.
