Job summary

GreenLight Fund is seeking a Coordinator of Development Operations to support gift processing, acknowledgments, and report generation across the national office and sites. You'll provide critical administrative and project-based support to drive efficient fundraising operations and collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to maintain a clean, actionable CRM dataset that informs fundraising strategy.

This position reports to the VP of Development & Expansion and may require travel to sites

Responsibilities

• Handle gift processing and acknowledgments, and generate reports to support fundraising operations.
• Provide administrative and project-based support to improve fundraising efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to maintain and optimize CRM data for reporting and decision-making.
• Support site teams and contribute to development operations processes across the network.
• Travel to sites and all-staff meetings as needed.
