Job summary

Epicor seeks a Development Operations Analyst to design, implement, build, deploy, and manage configuration for Epicor products and infrastructure. You will automate deployments across environments, monitor metrics, maintain configuration standards, and support CI/CD tools with the team.

This role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and attention to detail as you help scale our systems and improve operations. Strong debugging and scripting skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' applicable experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
• Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records
• Strong debugging skills and basic scripting skills
• Ability to work as part of a team, with attention to detail and problem solving

Start your journey as a Development Operations Analyst! You will help design, implement, build, deploy, and manage configuration for Epicor products and infrastructure. We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

What you will be doing:

• Design, automate, and test application and infrastructure code deployments across all environments.
• Monitor metrics and consult with peers for feedback during testing stages.
• Build, maintain, and monitor application and infrastructure configuration standards.
• Manage day-to-day administration of projects and CI/CD tools with the team.
• Document and design various processes, updating existing ones as needed.
• Improve infrastructure and application development.
• Follow all best practices and procedures established by the company.
• Aid support team managing production escalations.

What you will likely bring:

• 3+ years' applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
