Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid Florida driver's license is required.
  • Experience supporting executives, preferably in development, fundraising, alumni relations or higher education.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Advancement and the Family & Campus Development team.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare travel logistics and itineraries.
  • Assist with project management, budget development, and donor stewardship activities.
  • Draft correspondence, prepare data-driven reports and dashboards for development initiatives.
  • Coordinate communications with Advancement Communications and Marketing for marketing materials.
  • Oversee office systems, filing, supplies, and meeting space arrangements.
