Minnesota PBS seeks a Development Officer for Southeast Minnesota to cultivate major donors and advance the organization’s mission. Under the Chief Advancement Officer, you will develop and implement an annual strategy, manage donor portfolios, and collaborate with the Institutional Advancement team.

The role requires 4–7 years fundraising experience, strong relationship skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel across Minnesota.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years combination of education and work experience.
• 4–7 years of successful fundraising experience.
• General knowledge of planned giving strategies and tools.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of 50 major donors and prospects ($10,000+) to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward supporters.
• Collaborate with the Giving Team to build mid-level support ($1,200 – $9,999) through acquisition and member upgrades.
• Create and present proposals to individual supporters for general operating, endowment, campaign and planned gifts.
• Collaborate in efforts to research new major donors and track communication in the database.
