Job summary

Terry Reilly Health Services is seeking to strengthen its fundraising and communications efforts to support its integrated care mission in the Treasure Valley. The role focuses on developing partnerships, advancing public relations, and planning events that engage donors and community supporters.

Under the supervision of the Community Engagement and Communications Director, you will lead development initiatives, collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team, and nurture relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business (PR, Marketing, or Public Health) or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and development activities to increase contributions from grants, foundations, and individual donors.
• Plan and execute fundraising, marketing, communications, public relations, and event planning activities.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with the community, partners, stakeholders, patients, supporters, and Terry Reilly employees.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team and the Terry Reilly Foundation Board under the direct supervision of the Community Engagement and Communications Director.

Leads fundraising and development activities to increase contributions from grants, foundations, and individual donors. Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with the community, partners, stakeholders, patients, supporters, and Terry Reilly employees. Works collaboratively with the Marketing and Communications team and the Terry Reilly Foundation Board of Directors under the direct supervision of the Community Engagement and Communications Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in business (PR, Marketing, or Public Health) or related field or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
2. 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.
