Job summary

Democracy Fund is seeking a Development Manager to join the Philanthropic Partnerships team. You will manage a fundraising and partnership development portfolio supporting the Elections and Governance programs, cultivating donor relationships and building fundraising strategies to secure six-figure gifts.

You will report to the Senior Director of Philanthropic Partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to expand our democracy-building work and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record cultivating donor relationships and securing gifts.
• Experience developing fundraising strategies for complex programs.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fundraising and partnership development portfolio for Elections & Governance.
• Develop fundraising strategies and secure six-figure gifts.
• Grow infrastructure and influence of the Philanthropic Partnerships team.
