Job summary

Youth Home, Inc. in Little Rock, AR seeks a Development Manager to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors including individuals, organizations, and foundations.

You will design strategies to secure gifts and sponsorships while championing Trauma Informed Care and communicating with a broad audience. The role reports to Marketing and Development Director and collaborates with staff, volunteers, and supporters to grow donor pipelines and campaign impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, non-profit management, marketing or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of professional fundraising experience in a non-profit setting is preferred.
• Experience with CRM/database management, donor activity tracking, and generating reports is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead campaign efforts, including coordination of materials, donor events, and campaign tracking.
• Develop and implement customized cultivation and individualized solicitation plans that align donor interests with organizational priorities.
• Coordinate with other marketing and fundraising initiatives to ensure a cohesive donor experience.
• Identifies, cultivates, and solicits donor prospects for contributions to Youth Home.
• Works closely with the CEO, Marketing and Development Director, and Board of Directors (BOD) to manage prospect assignments, record contact interactions, and track progress towards fundraising goals.
• Develops a pipeline of prospects for future campaigns, ensuring a continuous flow of potential gifts and opportunities for strategic growth.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
