Job summary

Youth Home, Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a Development Manager to lead fundraising efforts, build donor relationships and oversee campaigns.

You will collaborate with the CEO, Board, and staff to design donor-centered strategies and secure gifts that support trauma-informed care for youth and families. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with CRM and reporting skills, and comfort working in a healthcare nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, non-profit management, marketing or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting preferred. Experience with CRM/database management and reporting is required.
• Experience in a medical setting and knowledge of state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead campaign efforts, including coordination of materials, donor events, and campaign tracking.
• Develop and implement customized cultivation and individualized solicitation plans that align donor interests with organizational priorities.
• Coordinate with other marketing and fundraising initiatives to ensure a cohesive donor experience.
• Identifies, cultivates, and solicits donor prospects for contributions to Youth Home.
• Works closely with the CEO, Marketing and Development Director, and Board of Directors to manage prospect assignments, record contact interactions, and track progress towards fundraising goals.
• Develops a pipeline of prospects for future campaigns, ensuring a continuous flow of potential gifts and opportunities for strategic growth.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
