Youth Home, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Development Manager to lead donor cultivation and fundraising efforts.

Under the Marketing and Development Director, you will identify prospects, craft solicitations, and coordinate with leadership to secure gifts and sponsorships that support trauma-informed care for youth and families. You will design tailored engagement plans, manage donor events, and collaborate with staff to ensure a positive donor experience and measurable fundraising

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, non-profit management, marketing or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of professional fundraising experience in a non-profit setting.
• Experience with CRM/database management and donor activity tracking required.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead campaign efforts, including materials, donor events, and campaign tracking.
• Develop cultivation and individualized solicitation plans aligning donor interests with organizational priorities.
• Coordinate with marketing and fundraising initiatives for a cohesive donor experience.
• Identifies, cultivates, and solicits donor prospects for contributions.
• Works closely with the CEO, Marketing and Development Director, and Board of Directors to manage prospect assignments, record contact interactions, and track progress towards fundraising goals.
• Develops a pipeline of prospects for future campaigns, ensuring a continuous flow of potential gifts and opportunities for strategic growth.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
