Job summary

Terra, a Miami-based real estate development firm, seeks a Development Manager to drive project pipelines from inception to completion. You will coordinate design, permits, construction, and marketing activities with internal teams and external partners to deliver profitable developments.

The role requires strong financial modeling, budget control, and ongoing project reporting to investors. This position is based on-site in Miami, FL, with career growth opportunities within Terra’s expanding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• 2 years of management experience required.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage phases of multiple development projects from inception to completion under the Sr. Development Manager.
• Coordinate with internal and external groups to ensure design and delivery of successful, profitable projects.
• Develop and maintain development schedules including acquisition, design, permits, construction, sales/leasing and marketing activities.
• Prepare and manage project proformas, budgets, and financing assumptions; report variances monthly.
• Interface with legal counsel, consultants and internal stakeholders to define requirements and budgets.
