Job summary

The Summit Center is seeking a Development Manager to lead fundraising efforts and donor communications. You will oversee annual giving campaigns, direct mail initiatives, and donor engagement activities to support our mission for autism and developmental services.

With a focus on grants under $10,000, you’ll work with leadership to craft compelling proposals, manage fundraising events, and grow the monthly giving program while ensuring our core values guide all outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in development and fundraising.
• Proficiency with donor management databases and office software.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual giving campaigns and donor communications.
• Manage three direct mail campaigns and donor sponsorships.
• Coordinate giving day initiatives and grow monthly giving.
• Collaborate with leadership on grants and reporting.
• Oversee events and donor engagement programs.
