Job summary

The Summit Center, Western New York's leading provider of evidence-based services for children and adults with autism and other developmental challenges, is seeking a Development Manager. You will lead annual giving campaigns, donor communications, grant writing, and digital fundraising programs to support our mission and impact.

You will supervise the Community Engagement & Events Coordinator and Development Coordinator, collaborate with leadership for grants under $10,000, and drive donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in development and fundraising.
• Proficiency with donor management database (Bloomerang preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual giving campaigns and donor communications.
• Manage three direct mail campaigns annually and coordinate giving day initiatives.
• Solicit Summit Autism Walk and Summit Gala sponsorships and grow the monthly giving program.
