Job summary

The Summit Center in Amherst, NY is seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Coordinator to lead fundraising events and community outreach. You will manage the Summit Autism Walk and Summit Gala, coordinate timelines, and work with volunteers, vendors, and partners to maximize impact.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related experience, with familiarity in CRM systems and Adobe Creative Suite. Great benefits, supportive team, and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ experience required.
• Proficient with CRM software (Bloomerang preferred), MS Office, Canva, InDesign, and SharePoint.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of event fundraising software platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising events and donor engagement initiatives.
• Build relationships with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
• Represent Summit at community events and provide social media coverage.
• Develop outreach events, open houses, and advocacy initiatives.
• Create content for marketing and fundraising materials.
• Track engagement metrics and report on outcomes.
