Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring developers, or managing teams.
• Strong hands-on development background in .NET, Java, or Python.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to large-scale system transformation, migration, or modernisation programmes.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience is essential.
• Hybrid working arrangement with an office location just south of Boston.
• Competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000.
