Job summary

Jobtailor in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Engineering Leader to lead and mentor a team of engineers while delivering high‑quality software.

You will collaborate with product owners, guide architecture for a new app, and maintain legacy PHP apps, with a split of 50% people management and 50% hands‑on coding in .NET/React.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
• 5–6 years of experience with .NET.
• 4–5 years of experience with AWS.
• 2–3 years of experience with React.
• Strong experience with SQL Server.
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with PHP, mobile development, payments, React Native, B2B SaaS, or rock climbing/gym industry listed as nice to have only.
