Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience involving set-up and operation of precision CNC Turning Centers and high-tolerance machine shop equipment.
• High School/(GED) Diploma or Vocational/Technical school equivalent
• Self-motivated with ability to analyze, organize, plan, multi-task and collaborate.
• Read, interpret blueprints/technical drawings and operation/tool sheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication for all levels.
• Knowledge of GT&D practices, inspection methods, measuring equipment, root cause investigations, troubleshooting and metrics.
• Commitment to company values and vision.
• Creative thinking in machine shop processes.
• US Citizenship required
