Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Development Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of manufactured housing community developments. The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressively responsible experience in land development, community development, construction management, real estate development, or a closely related field.
Experience supporting manufactured housing, residential, multifamily, master-planned community, or infrastructure development projects preferred.
Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 + 10% annual opportunity.

Responsibilities

Oversee land development activities from permitting through infrastructure delivery and final acceptance.
Coordinate with contractors, field teams, and regulatory agencies to maintain momentum and compliance.
Lead procurement, bid evaluations, and value engineering to meet budget and schedule.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; manage lender reporting as needed.
Serve as primary liaison with residents, municipal representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
