Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Development Manager to lead manufacturing housing community projects from site evaluation through construction and transition to operations. You will liaise with officials, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet safety, cost, and schedule targets while aligning with company objectives.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of delivering complex development programs.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of land development, site planning, zoning, and infrastructure construction.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, capital projects, and financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Oversee land development permitting and approvals for new communities.
Coordinate with municipalities, consultants, and regulators to maintain momentum.
Lead design and engineering coordination with external architects and civil engineers.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting across projects.
Direct contractor procurement, bids, and value engineering initiatives.
Ensure environmental compliance and regulatory documentation throughout delivery.
Maintain strong stakeholder communication with residents, officials, and teams.
