Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Associate Director of Development for the Home Base Program Texas. You will lead frontline fundraising, manage donor relationships, and collaborate with Texas volunteers and leadership to grow philanthropy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of fundraising experience in an academic medical center setting, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel to Boston as needed. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven growth in fundraising within academic medical centers or universities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with volunteers and leadership.
• Able to travel to Boston as needed and work remotely when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Frontline Fundraising: manage a donor portfolio and raise approximately $1M annually.
• Event fundraising: plan and support cultivation events and sponsorships.
• Marketing: collaborate with Communications for local outreach and program promotion.
• Work with Home Base Texas volunteers and Leadership Council to expand philanthropy.
• Develop proposals and write case statements as needed.
