Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Development Intern to assist the Development Managers across delivery activities for assigned projects.

You will help with close-out tasks, FF&E coordination, and move-ins while supporting contract reviews and status meetings with design and construction partners. The role requires flexibility for occasional travel and a proactive, ethical team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery and close-out to ensure on-time turnover.
• Coordinate punch-list review, FF&E delivery, and move-ins with the Development Team.
• Review contractual requirements and meet with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve issues.
• Assist with budget/schedule changes and attend project meetings.
• Travel occasionally as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned; meet physical requirements.
