Core Spaces is seeking a Development Intern to support Development Managers during delivery of assigned projects. The role involves on-site tasks, coordination, and ensuring timely project close-out with attention to FF&E, styling, and tenant move-ins.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks while adhering to schedules. The internship implies on-site work with limited elevator access and potential travel as needed.

• Demonstrated professionalism under deadlines and confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to coordinate with multiple groups.
• Self-starter with integrity and ethics; able to lead small coordination sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery and close-out to ensure successful turnover.
• Help with Punch-List Review, FF&E coordination, and tenant move-ins.
• Assist Development Team in document, billing, and contact management with GCs.
