Prologis offers a Development Intern position in South Florida, providing hands-on experience across active development and redevelopment projects. You will assist with budgets, cost tracking, bid analysis, and contractor coordination, while monitoring permits and milestones.

During a 10–12 week program, interns connect with company leaders, gain project documentation skills, and participate in seminars and Q&A sessions, with exposure to sustainability initiatives and industry analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or graduate program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Support active development and redevelopment projects across South Florida.
• Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, bid analysis, and contractor coordination.
• Monitor permitting, entitlements, schedules, and key project milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up items.
• Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and process improvement initiatives.
