Job summary

Northspyre, the end-to-end real estate development management platform, seeks a data-driven analyst to lead market intelligence work. You will analyze large datasets, develop the Northspyre Index, and author reports on development costs, capital deployment, and project risk, translating findings into clear insights for developers, CFOs, and investors.

You will collaborate across marketing, product, and sales, presenting research findings through webinars and publications, while leveraging SQL

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing markets or industries in real estate, economics, consulting, brokerage research, or financial analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends.
• Experience cleaning and validating complex datasets.
• Strong SQL (Snowflake preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Domain fluency in real estate development or adjacent industries.
• Clear communication to translate analysis into structured insights.
• Ability to pursue insights independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Northspyre Index and recurring benchmarks from the proprietary dataset.
• Produce original market research and in-depth reports on development costs, capital deployment, vendor performance, and project risk.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, anomalies, and structural shifts in real estate development.
• Clean and normalize unstructured project data using SQL, Excel, and analytical tools.
• Translate research into concise, data-driven narratives for developers, CFOs, and investors.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to communicate insights to customers and industry.
• Present findings through webinars, industry discussions, and research publications.
