Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University & Medicine – Development and Alumni Relations is seeking a Development Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the CTY DAR team and serve as the primary operational liaison between CTY and centralized JHU Development & Alumni Relations services.

The role enables frontline fundraisers and constituent relations staff to focus on relationship-building and revenue-generating activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; substitutions allowed per policy for experience/education.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts, pledges, and donor transactions in the CRM.
• Enter and maintain visit notes, solicitation activity, and linking gifts to proposals.
• Prepare and mail gift acknowledgement letters and draft correspondence.
• Produce reports and presentations using data from multiple sources.
• Coordinate staff calendars, meetings, and event logistics; manage sensitive information.
