Job summary

The Nuclear Company in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager, Development Finance to oversee day‑to‑day financial tracking for active construction projects, including VCS Units 2 and 3 under the Brookfield JV. You’ll build and maintain the models, dashboards, and reporting packages the Director and VP, FP&A use to brief leadership.

It’s a hands‑on role in a fast‑growing nuclear developer. We seek 3–5 years in FP&A or related finance, strong Excel, and the ability to handle multi‑project datasets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, accounting, or project finance.
• Strong Excel skills; able to build and maintain models.
• Comfortable working with large, multi‑project datasets under deadline pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monthly actuals reporting for assigned construction projects.
• Build and maintain deployment reporting package and capital dashboard.
• Track milestone billing and change orders from EPC firms.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for cost or schedule optimization.
• Ensure data hygiene across systems.
