Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage financial aspects of development and construction projects. You will analyze cash flows, track budgets, and prepare reports for lenders and joint ventures, collaborating with developers and project managers.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3–5+ years of experience, and strong Excel skills; CPA or MBA is preferred. Timely, accurate reporting and cross‑functional coordination are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience with teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Timberline software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of cash flows, job costs, and project funding.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and project performance reviews.
• Create financial reporting packages for property cash flows and loan sizing.
