Qualifications

• Experience leading Development Engineering teams in manufacturing settings.
• Proven ability to evaluate feasibility and select manufacturing strategies.
• Proficiency with CAD and ability to read blueprints.
• Strong cost estimation and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development Engineering departments of Simulation, Additive Manufacturing and Estimating.
• Evaluate feasibility, identify manufacturing strategy, estimate costs and create proposals for business opportunities.
• Provide engineering support for AQP process and attend relevant meetings.
