Job summary

Prism Plastics, Inc. in Meadville, PA is seeking a Development Engineering Manager to lead the Development Engineering teams in Simulation, Additive Manufacturing and Estimating.

You will evaluate feasibility, define manufacturing strategy, estimate costs and create proposals for new business opportunities. Responsibilities include tool cost & timing estimates, mold concepts, customer feasibility reviews, AQP participation, and engineering support across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Development Engineering teams in manufacturing settings.
• Proven ability to evaluate feasibility and select manufacturing strategies.
• Proficiency with CAD and ability to read blueprints.
• Strong cost estimation and proposal development skills.
