Job summary

You will apply scientific methods, engineering principles, and data analysis to drive yield and efficiency improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in process engineering, proficiency with Python/JMP/Power BI, and strong collaboration across product and process design teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a tech field and 3+ years of process engineering experience.
• Proficiency with data processing software (Python, JMP, Power BI) and MS Office.
• Experience with heat and mass transfer and applying physics to improve manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing structured product or process development with a technical team lead.
• Ability to perform cost-of-manufacturability analyses and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve glass forming and melting platforms and processes.
• Define problems, hypotheses, and experiments; translate results into engineering designs.
• Manage structured product/process development projects with PM methodologies.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional technology development teams.
• Perform COm analyses and use data/models to propose solutions.
• Communicate results clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
