Development Engineers – Solar, Wind, and Storage

We’re hiring engineers with utility-scale project experience to support development teams with interconnection, preliminary design, and grid strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with commercial and permitting teams to advance large-scale assets to NTP.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, and grid modeling tools
• Interconnection screening and load flow analysis familiarity
• Knowledge of ISO/RTO interconnection processes
• Ability to interface with utilities and consultants
• Understanding of BESS sizing and design principles is a plus
