Job summary

Shreve Memorial Library Foundation seeks a fundraising coordinator to develop donor relationships, lead annual giving campaigns, and support the Library Foundation in attaining fundraising goals. The role collaborates with the Area Manager of Marketing and Development and the library system to advance gifts, grants, and special programs.

Responsibilities include managing communications with donors, preparing reports, and coordinating events, board activities, and partnerships with community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year experience OR two years related experience.
• Master's degree in a related field is desirable.
• Fundraising experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, cultivate, and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and implement membership and giving campaigns.
• Manage corporate and individual appeals and solicitations.
• Serve as staff liaison to the Foundation board fundraising committee and coordinate meetings.
• Coordinate development activities with libraries, foundation, and partners.
• Prepare grant proposals and annual/financial reports.
