Job summary

The University of Notre Dame seeks a Regional Admin, VP for University Relations to support Directors of Regional Development in securing major gifts. This role serves as an operational and stewardship engine, evaluating and engaging leadership benefactors while maintaining donor relations.

Key duties include donor identification, stewardship, data management, and collaboration with fundraisers to align university needs with donor priorities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of professional experience, or 4 years of professional office experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong writing abilities with editing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google workspace.
• Able to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to the mission of the University.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, cultivation, and stewardship of high-level donors and prospects.
• Maintain donor database and optimize fundraising productivity.
• Develop donor profiles highlighting giving history and interests for solicitation strategies.
• Collaborate with fundraisers to align university needs with donor priorities.
