Job summary

UCP of Greater Cleveland is seeking a Development Associate to provide administrative support for fundraising and marketing efforts. You will manage the donor database, draft communications, coordinate events, and assist with agency publications.

You’ll support the Directors and volunteers, while helping grow fundraising through data-driven reporting, campaigns, and outreach. A strong communicator with nonprofit experience will thrive.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 3–5 years in nonprofit development/administration.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong computer literacy; donor database experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database input, updates, and reporting.
• Process gifts and acknowledgments within 2 business days.
• Provide admin support for development, meetings, and materials.
• Coordinate special events and manage budgets with vendors.
• Support social media, email campaigns, and publications.
• Assist with volunteer activities and community programs.
• Provide direct support to Directors as needed.
