Job summary

KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools (KPPS) is seeking a Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of the development department, focusing on fundraising campaigns, donor management, stewardship, and donor cultivation.

You will serve as the Salesforce administrator, ensure data integrity, manage campaigns, prepare reports, and support events and grant coordination in collaboration with the Managing Director of Development.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of nonprofit development experience with ownership of development operations and fundraising campaigns.
• Strong experience administering a donor CRM, including data standards, gift entry, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience managing fundraising events and grants management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the development department, focusing on fundraising campaigns, donor management and cultivation.
• Serve as Salesforce administrator, ensure data integrity and campaign execution, and produce revenue dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate donor relations events, invitations, RSVPs, and post-event follow-up, and support donor recognition and impact reporting.
