Job summary

KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools is seeking a Development Manager to oversee daily fundraising operations, donor management, and donor relations in Philadelphia. You will serve as the internal lead for the donor CRM, ensure data accuracy, manage campaigns, and coordinate events with the Managing Director of Development.

The role requires at least 3 years of nonprofit development experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years nonprofit development and fundraising campaign experience.
• Experience administering a donor CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with grant management is preferred.
• Background checks including PA State Police Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Cogent Federal Fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily development operations and fundraising campaigns.
• Manage donor CRM, data integrity, gift entry, and reporting.
• Lead donor relations, events, and stewardship activities.
• Coordinate grants calendar, proposals, and reporting.
• Produce regular revenue and engagement dashboards.
