Qualifications

• 3 years of fundraising, sales, or related experience.
• Willingness to travel locally across Eastern Washington.

• Ability to work from home and in the field with flexible hours.
• Strong data management and CRM proficiency.
• Ability to lift/move items for events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet fundraising goals through volunteer recruitment and engagement.
• Engage K-12 schools and districts for Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge.
• Develop relationships with teachers, principals and district leaders.
• Ensure outstanding customer service with volunteers and collaborators.
• Maintain and update CRM and Microsoft Office data.
• Handle 5-10 schools daily, in-person or by phone/online.
